By creating an account and using beatoptic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. beatoptic is currently invite-only and access is limited to users with a valid invite code.

2. What beatoptic provides

beatoptic is a market intelligence tool for beat producers. It uses publicly available data from YouTube Data API Services and the Last.fm API to provide artist analysis, opportunity scoring, and SEO intelligence. All data provided is for informational purposes only — results are not guaranteed.

3. YouTube API Services

beatoptic uses YouTube Data API Services to access YouTube data on your behalf. By using beatoptic, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that Google's Privacy Policy applies to data obtained through YouTube API Services.

4. Account responsibilities

  • ·You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • ·You must not share your invite code or account access with others.
  • ·You must not use beatoptic for any unlawful purpose.
  • ·You must not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

5. Intellectual property

beatoptic and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by beatoptic and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

beatoptic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market intelligence data is based on publicly available signals and is not a guarantee of commercial success. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any data provided.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beatoptic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any business decisions made based on data provided by beatoptic.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of beatoptic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
